You will work with a fast-growing company specializing in mobile communication infrastructure, acquiring and managing land for antenna towers and roof antennas used by major mobile operators. The company plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication for millions of users by securing contracts with diverse clients, including cities, municipalities, sports clubs, private individuals, and businesses.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving our company's growth. Your responsibilities will include acquiring land for antenna towers and renegotiating contracts with mobile operators, working with a wide range of clients. Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with diverse clients, including public entities, private companies, and individuals, to negotiate land acquisitions or contract renewals for mobile infrastructure.

2. Sales Negotiation: Utilize your strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for the company and ensure long-term client satisfaction.

3. Phone Communication: Conduct 90% of your sales activities over the phone, using your excellent verbal communication skills to close deals efficiently.

4. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to better understand client needs and identify new business opportunities.

5. Decision-Making: Make quick, informed decisions to move negotiations forward and maximize revenue potential.

6. Commission Optimization: Work within a commission-based structure, focusing on high performance to maximize your earnings.


Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Native-level proficiency in German is essential for effectively communicating with our clients.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent phone communication skills are crucial, as the majority of your work will be conducted over the phone.

  • Quick Thinking & Numeracy: Ability to process information rapidly and manage numerical data to support negotiations and decision-making.

  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals, with a focus on achieving optimal outcomes for both the company and the client.

  • Motivation by Commission: A strong preference for candidates who are motivated by a low fixed salary with a higher commission structure, as this role offers significant earning potential based on performance.

  • Professional Experience: Previous experience in a professional work environment is more relevant than sector-specific knowledge; prior sales experience is helpful but not required.
