About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategically minded Sales Specialist to join their team. This role will focus on driving sales growth by identifying and securing new clients in the Middle East region, with an emphasis on blueberries. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge, the ability to access both open and closed blueberry varieties, and a strong commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with new clients in the Middle East to expand berry sales.
• Leverage market expertise to access open and closed blueberry varieties.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the Middle East region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with the company’s value system and goals.
• Maintain a consistent presence in the office when not traveling for business purposes.

Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of berries, particularly blueberries, with a proven track record in commercial roles.
• Strategically strong with the ability to navigate complex markets and secure exclusive opportunities.
• Committed to working in-office daily unless traveling for client meetings.
• Embodies the values and character aligned with our client’s culture.

Type : Permanent, full time position based on site.

Salary offered : Market related and dependent on experience, expected remuneration starts from R50,000 – R60,000, with room for adjustment for highly experienced candidates.
