Drive Sales in Mining, Manufacturing, and Industrial Sectors

LOCATION: Heidelberg

SALARY AND BENEFITS: R350 000 – R450 000 CTC p/a Neg, plus vehicle and fuel, and performance-Based Incentive structure

DESCRIPTION / SYNOPSIS:

Exciting Sales Representative available with a reputable company in the oil lubricants industry, based in the Vaal area, Johannesburg. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to promote and sell a specialized range of lubricant products to clients in the mining, manufacturing, and related industries. This role is perfect for a technically competent individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least five years of proven sales experience in the oil/greases/lubricants industries
  • In-depth knowledge of oils and lubricants
  • Strong technical competence with the ability to provide product support and assistance
  • Understanding of technical drawings will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the mining, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction levels remain high.
  • Offer expert product information and technical support, addressing customer queries and providing solutions as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline customer service processes, ensuring efficient order handling and prompt deliveries.
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor actions to spot emerging opportunities and potential challenges.
