Responsibilities:

1. Maintain stock levels
2. Attend to customer requirements
3. Resolve customer queries
4. Manage the delivery of customer goods
5. Manage admin functions
6. Process orders
7. Manage non-stock items quotations
8. Meet delivery deadlines
9. Provide excellent customer service

Job Requirements:

• Grade 12
