The ideal candidate must have a Matric and a bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
A minimum of 1 year experience in team management is required.
This role calls for a person with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with motion graphics and video editing using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
Familiarity with CAD design or 3D modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Blender) is preferred.
To make sure nothing is forgotten: Responsible for designing marketing materials, technical documentation, and digital assets that support product launches, trade shows, and corporate branding.
This role directly supports the company's growth initiatives by creating compelling visual content that enhances brand recognition, engages stakeholders, and drives product adoption.
Additionally, the role requires a deep understanding of the African market to deliver designs that resonate with diverse cultural and regional audiences.
