Job description

Our client is a global player in UGC (user-generated content) and marketing educational programs - teaching aspiring and freelance creators on how to master essential skills, attract more business opportunities, and earn maximum revenue from their customers. They are seeking a dauntless, resilient, and articulate Sales Representative to join their rapidly-growing team.

Do not apply if you cannot stomach the idea of knocking out up to + calls per day - these can be a mixture of both cold calling and responding to inbound leads.

The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and knows how to stay emotionally steady and sharp even in the face of constant rejection.

Please note that this position will be working from home remote. However, we prefer the candidate to be stationed in South Africa for convenience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Cold Calling: Make anywhere from 50 up to outbound calls per day to content creators, business owners, and marketing decision-makers across various industries.
  2. Inbound Lead Follow-up: Engage and qualify inbound inquiries with speed and professionalism, responding to them in no more than 48 hours upon receipt.
  3. Objection Handling: Address common concerns pre-emptively with care and confidence, keeping conversations focused and productive.
  4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Log all interactions and updates accurately in our sales platform for effective pipeline tracking and follow-up.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other teams to improve messaging and optimize lead handoffs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. At least 2 - 5 years of heavy experience in telemarketing / telesales.
  2. Money-driven.
  3. The base salary is extremely good for the market, and incentives for this role will be immense for those that perform (we will ask for proof of awards and accolades).
  4. Strong verbal communication skills - clear, articulate, and persuasive.
  5. Possess EQ to empathize with and guide customers, yet be absolutely stone-skinned when needed.
  6. Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  7. Fluent in English - additional languages a plus.
  8. Bachelor's degree not required but preferred.
