Description:

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team of astronauts in Egypt - Cairo Office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Researching, organizing and developing new leads for potential business by cold calling or knocking doors visits.
  2. Convert cold calling leads into sales.
  3. Attending Sales brief meetings and follow-up briefs.
  4. Approach/ Hunt new merchants.
  5. Develop, build, and manage a client base.
  6. Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentations and meetings with clients.
  7. Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events.
  8. Providing regular (weekly & monthly or as required) detailed activity reports.
  9. Building strong customer relations with clients to ensure repeat and ongoing business.
  10. Providing feedback and new ideas generated through the sales process.
  11. Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
  12. Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Outdoor Sales Representative.
  2. Must have reliable transportation.
  3. Preferred 1-2 years sales experience in an e-commerce/internet industry.
  4. Egypt Restaurants & Retail Shops knowledge is a plus.
  5. IT sales background/ Soft and Hardware Experience are preferable.
  6. Communication Skills:
    1. Oral Communication- Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and asks for clarification; Responds well to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills; Participates in meetings.
    2. Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information.
  7. Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
  8. Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  9. Good Communications Skills (Arabic, English).
  10. Interpersonal and professional skills:
    1. Confident and outgoing personality.
    2. Personable, presentable and articulate.
    3. Well organized with good time management skills.
    4. Creative and Innovative.
    5. Effective negotiations skills and Ability to influence.
    6. Professional and courteous manner, Positive, can-do attitude.
    7. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
    8. Has dedicated attitude and flexible personality to contribute Sales especially in reaching target.
    9. Confident and have convincing skills to make sales.
    10. Ability to work in target driven environment.
    11. Good with Excel, MS office.
    12. General technology skills.
    13. Have good moral Character.
