Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers to grow the client base. Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Provide outstanding customer service and act as a point of contact for inquiries and support.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track sales performance and adjust strategies to meet goals.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports for management.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the advertising industry.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build relationships with clients and close deals effectively.
Technology: Proficiency in using MS Office Suite.
Education: A high school diploma is required.
Other Requirements: A valid driver’s license must be required for fieldwork. Willingness to travel as needed.
