The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For- Establishing strong relationships with Customers.
- Customer management and relationship development.
- Managing point of purchase objectives.
- Managing returns according to company policy.
- Managing sales and merchandising agents market coverage.
- Identifying product growth opportunities within our area.
- New accounts and applications.
- Trade shows.
- Customer complaints.
- Promoting and growing our brands.
- Sales administration.
The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements- Must have a grade 12 (matric).
- Must be familiar with the Poultry Industry.
- Sales experience in the FMCG sector an advantage.
- Must be able to work in a high pressured environment.
- Self-motivated and should have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment - a key requirement.
- Must have a reliable vehicle with a valid code 8 driver’s license.
- Participate in cross pollination of duties within the sales department.
- Must be computer literate.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently.
