Primary Function:
Sales Target Achievement:
Drive monthly sales growth and achieve targets within your assigned territory.
Foster strong relationships with retailers and pharmacies to promote and sell our range of products.
Actively grow the sales of all customers in your territory through in-store promotions, marketing, and merchandising.
Forward Planning:
Ensure punctuality and adherence to scheduled shifts.
Work on a rostered shift basis to ensure coverage and presence in allocated stores.
Territory Coverage:
Regular servicing of key stores in your territory, ensuring they are visited as per the required frequency to maximize sales opportunities.
Time Management:
Accurately log working hours and shifts using company systems, ensuring compliance with procedures for clocking in and out.
Communication:
Maintain effective communication with management, responding promptly to emails and other business communications.
Proactively address any issues or shift changes with timely notice.
