SALES & PROJECTS COORDINATOR (STEEL)

Location: Johannesburg

Description:

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales and project coordination role within the steel industry, Automotive would be beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of steel products and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Ability to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (Would be advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate sales and project activities within the steel manufacturing sector.
• Ensure efficient production scheduling and timely delivery of projects.
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical support where necessary.
• Work closely with the production team to align sales orders with manufacturing capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate sales and project documentation.
