Sales/Closer

Location: Remote / Flexible
Compensation: Commission-based with a small base per call. Expected OTE: $3.5k/month by months 4-5.
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales/Closer with a proven track record to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of sales experience, demonstrating expertise in closing deals and building lasting relationships with clients. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue through effective communication, creative problem-solving, and exceptional organizational skills. A passion for sales and a results-driven mindset are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Conduct thorough research and prepare for client meetings to pitch products and services effectively.

Sales Process & Closing

  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

  • Utilize excellent communication skills to present value propositions and handle objections confidently.

Sales Strategy & Market Alignment

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends and customer demands.

  • Track and analyze sales metrics and performance to inform strategies and improve effectiveness.

New Business Development

  • Work creatively to identify new sales opportunities and develop innovative approaches to exceed sales targets.

  • Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain organized records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

  • Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and product enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience in sales, with a strong track record in closing deals.

  • Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

  • Highly organized, with excellent time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
