Sales Operations Manager

A leading Logistics company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to be based at their offices in Johannesburg. The successful incumbent will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team by aligning commercial and marketing strategies with business goals. This role requires strategic thinking, commercial insight, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. The Sales Operations Manager will ensure optimal performance through continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and robust management of commercial processes and systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or Economics
• Have a minimum of 8+ years’ relevant experience, with at least 4 years’ management experience in sales or sales support
