Sales and Marketing Coordinator - Brackenfell, Cape Town

Our Client in Retail and Distribution is looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator in the Brackenfell area of Cape Town. You will play an important part in sales and marketing, reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager. This position involves combining administrative tasks, communication responsibilities, and project coordination.

Min Requirements

1. Matric and Marketing Business, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years plus experience in a sales or marketing support role including digital and social pages.
3. Experience in Marketing Campaigns.
4. Results driven.
5. Experience in monitoring and reporting on sales.
6. Dealing with sales reps and other sales managers nationally to get figures and stats to monitor.
7. Proficient in Microsoft and other tools.

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Coordination: Support the execution of marketing campaigns for the marketing teams and sales representatives.
2. Support events, trade shows, and conferences.
3. Assist with in-store advertising signage, posters, labels, pamphlets through agency.
4. Oversee and assist with monitoring of campaigns and projects.
5. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities and campaigns.
6. Maintain key brand partnerships to support strategic marketing.

1. Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams, sales representatives, and distribution companies.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information.
3. Assist in the creation of content for internal and external communications.

1. Sales Support: Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
2. Coordinate sales meetings with Channel clients and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
3. Monitor and report on the performance of sales.

Data Analysis

Analyse sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
