• Proven experience in sales or business development within the recruitment industry.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of FinTech, Crypto, and Blockchain industries.
• Experience in strategic growth planning and scaling sales initiatives.
• Ability to develop and manage small-scale partnerships to enhance business growth.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a track record of attending and leveraging industry events.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and secure new clients within the FinTech, Crypto, and Blockchain industries.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
• Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to scale operations, expand market share, and increase brand awareness.
• Event Representation: Attend industry conferences, networking events, and panel discussions to promote Black Pen Recruitment and build connections.
• Partnerships: Identify and establish small-scale strategic partnerships with businesses and influencers within the blockchain and FinTech space.
• Recruitment Expertise: Leverage industry knowledge to understand client hiring needs, provide tailored recruitment solutions, and position Black Pen Recruitment as a market leader.
