Sales/Technical/Business/Food or related qualification (Ideally Food Science or Food Technology and/or Chef)
Knowledge:
5 Years experience in an FMCG environment
People Management Skills
Food Product knowledge
Basic food ingredient knowledge
Practical application of product (ingredient) range
Computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Coating systems application knowledge an advantage
New product launches

Responsibilities:
Manages Regional sales teams, NPD Chef/s and take accountability for National Key Accounts with primary objective to build relationships and grow accounts/channels (existing and new) to reach their full potential.
Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue and gross margins through comprehensive planning, identification of opportunities, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings
