Conduct marketing landscape analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Build competitive sales and marketing strategies tailored for the South African market.
Execute and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets by leveraging your industry expertise and market knowledge.
Key Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
Education: Relevant Degree in Chemicals.
Experience: 5-8 years of proven sales and business development experience in the chemical industry, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Industry Knowledge: Working experience in the distribution/trading sector will be important.
Industry Experience: Sales experience in the following chemical manufacturing/trading/distribution industries will be an added advantage: Home care; personal care; food & beverages; painting; coatings; packing and foam.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
