Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maximize profitability.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
• Drive showroom and floor sales by creating a customer-first environment.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Monitor sales performance and produce reports for management.
• Manage stock levels and vehicle display.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and lead generation.

Minimum Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry (minimum 5 years).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of vehicle financing, trade-ins, and the overall sales process.
• Target-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales / Marketing or Business (advantageous).
