Role: Sales Manager

We’re looking for…

A dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to oversee the sales department and drive the sales strategy. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and actively engaging in selling the company’s products and services to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.

What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and support to the sales team.
  • Actively seek out and engage prospective customers through cold calling and networking.
  • Utilize your own network and company-provided leads to establish and grow the customer base.
  • Present, promote, and sell the company’s products and services using strong arguments tailored to customer needs.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing and potential customers to meet their requirements.
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Supply management with regular reports on sales performance, customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
  • Track sales and provide status reports to the senior management team.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
  • Continuously improve sales processes through feedback and ongoing learning.

  • Proven work experience in sales and business development.
  • Previous experience in a sales management or leadership role.
  • Prior experience in merchant acquiring sales/business development - advantageous.
  • Experience in the fin-tech industry - advantageous
  • Car and driver’s license
