Job Description:
- Capture new business opportunities to drive growth
- Develop new customers, improve the relationship with existing customers
- Improve market share
- Align the annual sales target with customers, monitoring performance month over month
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms, credit line management, and account receivable collections on time
- 100% customer satisfaction from pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service
- Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
- Support marketing activities and communication, improve the brand image
- Monitor competitors’ pricing, NPIs, and strategies
- Actively collaborate with Head Office teams to get support and feedback on front-line information
- Regular business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields
- Good understanding of the distribution PV market
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the PV or renewable energy industry
- Experience working for multinational companies, global mindset
- Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles
- PV technical background is a plus
- Positive, self-driven, diligent, can-do attitude, and a team player
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing different customer levels from procurement teams to C-suites
- A fast learner with street smarts
Other Requirements:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and local language
- Able to travel regularly and/or abroad on short notice
