Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Sandton.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving membership sales, managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Day-to-day tasks include:

1. Generating leads
2. Conducting sales presentations
3. Negotiating and closing deals
4. Meeting sales targets

Additionally, the Sales Manager will monitor market trends, compile sales reports, and collaborate with the marketing team to increase brand awareness and outreach.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in sales management, customer service, and team leadership
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
4. Proficient in using CRM software, compiling sales reports, and analyzing sales data
5. Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
6. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
7. Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
