Salary - £26,000 - £32,000 – Guarantee in place, OTE £50,000 - £60,000

Our client is looking for a Sales Manager with great experience within the property industry to join their upmarket office in Canary Wharf. With a professional and dedicated attitude, you will ensure great relationships are built and maintained with all clients.

The role:

1. Generate market appraisals, developing new business
2. Converting appraisals into sales instructions
3. Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone, and walk-ins, in a professional manner
4. Generate and accompany viewings, maintain feedback with all parties, and negotiate offers
5. Be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases
6. Marketing of properties
7. Contribute to the general running and profitability of the sales department

Required Skills:

1. Experience working as a Sales Valuer
2. Excellent customer service skills
3. You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients and buyers
4. Proven track record in closing deals
5. An up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values, and an awareness of the local competition
6. Full clean driving licence and own car
