Job description

The successful applicant will be responsible to drive business development, engage with customers, and sell service solutions. This position will report to the Head of Sales and Key Accounts and the General Manager and will be responsible for sourcing new business and selling the Supercare Service lines, while ensuring consistent and profitable growth in sales revenue.

Desirable Education and Experience:

  • At least 5 years' sales experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Cleaning and Hygiene or similar industry

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

  • Knowledge of various sales methodologies
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
    • Tenacious and innovative
  • Excellent presentation development and delivery skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders/decision-makers
    • Excellent organizing and planning ability
  • Results-oriented and driven
  • Team player
  • Very good attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Manage Pre-Sale, Sale, and Post Sale processes
  • Develop and execute the Sales strategy by sector / region / client profile
  • Ensure accuracy of data, sales costings, and manage sign-off process
  • Provide continued application training to ensure industry knowledge upkeep
  • Drive people excellence to ensure that the Sales team drives revenue growth consistently through effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
  • Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company services
  • Provide quarterly results of sales productivity
  • Manage sales database and build rapport with top decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Operations and Retention to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines
  • Interpret short- and long-term effectiveness of sales strategies
  • Grow solution-focused sales
  • Manage allocated budget for sales promotions and marketing activities
  • Facilitate the mobilization process with operations and other relevant teams
