Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies and budgets aligned with company objectives.
Drive new business acquisition, market share growth, and customer retention across various market segments.
Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including banks, estate agents, and developers.
Monitor sales performance against targets, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Support licensees with operational issues, channel disputes, and complex deals.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Matric (essential)
Tertiary qualification in Business Management (advantageous)
5+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role
Proven track record of managing successful sales teams and exceeding targets
Experience in the home loan industry, Banking, or Property
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
