Salary - £25,000 – £30,000, + Commission (OTE £40,000- £60,000)

Full license and own car required.

Hours - Monday – Friday – 8:30am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm, 5-day week, day off in lieu.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years office management experience
• At least 3 years’ experience in Residential Sales and Lettings
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Full UK driving licence (Must own a car)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day running of the branch
• Identifying areas of improvements and drive growth and market share by overseeing and participating in all aspects of sales and lettings
• Setting and reviewing of office and personal targets
• Carry out property market appraisals and viewings
• Monitor and motivate the Sales and Lettings team
