Sales & Lettings Branch Manager - Canary Wharf, E14

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Manager to join a vibrant, longstanding and well-established multi-office Estate Agency based in Canary Wharf, E14. As a Branch Manager, it is vital you are comfortable with and have a good understanding and appreciation of brand awareness, marketing and business generation. A good knowledge of the local area would also be an excellent advantage but is not essential.

Main Duties for this key role will include:

1. Leading a busy team of four negotiators
2. Full management of the branch's Sales and Lettings operations
3. Carrying out sales and lettings valuations
4. Uploading new properties to and maintaining the marketing database
5. Providing landlords and vendors with regular marketing feedback
6. Negotiating sales and lettings offers
7. Handling sales progression

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

1. Have good experience within residential estate agency
2. Have a proven track record in senior positions within the industry
3. Be a confident leader that can be a role model to junior staff members
4. Be success-driven and ambitious
5. Be highly articulate and have first-rate communication skills
6. Have excellent organisational skills
7. Be self-motivated and capable of working under your own initiative
8. Ideally have NFOPP Technical Awards in Letting & Management or Sales
9. Have a full, clean valid manual UK driving license and own car

This leading firm is offering a base salary of £35-40K an OTE of £60-70K + Car Allowance. Office hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Friday with Saturdays 9.30am-4pm, with a day off in lieu during the week for working a Saturday (every other Saturday is required).
