Sales Leader – IT & Financial Tech Company

Are you a results-driven B2B sales expert with a passion for financial wellness and technology? Do you thrive on building scalable sales systems, driving high-value client relationships, and closing deals? What You'll Do:

  1. Drive B2B sales, targeting HR leaders & wellness champions at mid-sized companies.
  2. Build end-to-end sales systems—from prospecting to closing deals.
  3. Represent Wealthbit at industry events, workshops, and client meetings.
  4. Leverage Pipedrive & data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies.
  5. Collaborate with Marketing & Product teams to refine our messaging.

What We're Looking For:

  1. 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in EAP, HR tech, SaaS, or financial services.
  2. A strategic thinker who can build and refine sales processes.
  3. A self-starter who thrives in a remote yet results-driven environment.
  4. Strong relationship-building skills with HR & wellness decision-makers.
  5. Someone based in Johannesburg, comfortable with client-facing interactions.

Interview Process:

  1. Screening Interview (45 mins)
  2. Team Interview (1-hour role play session)
  3. Psychometric Assessment (You keep the results!)
  4. Founder's Interview (30 mins)
