We have an exciting position for Sales Graduates in our Bakery division. This is a 12 months contract where a graduate will be gaining practical exposure shadowing an experienced Sales team. If you are a successful candidate you will be responsible for the following:
Driving continued sales growth for our Bakery Business Unit
Optimising market penetration in your region for our different brands
Identify and establish new business in region through the informal market
Building strong customer relationships that leads to repeat business and brand loyalty
Accurate reporting of market activity
Market analysis and trends
Qualification Requirements
Essential
National Diploma: Sales & Business Management
Valid Code 10 driver’s license & clean driving record
Advantageous:
N6 Marketing Management
Informal market sales
Experience Requirements
This is a learning opportunity where our graduates will obtain practical Sales experience, therefore there is no experience requirements. The below competencies are desirable:
