Salary: R11 Per Month (with a competitive commission structure)

Furniture + Lifestyle Company, specializing in furniture & décor solutions for both inside and outside spaces seeks a Sales Executive with high-end product / furniture experience. The focus of this high-level sales position is on increasing sales and building long-standing relationships with retail, hospitality, and B2B customers.

We are looking for talented individuals experienced in providing excellent consulting and customer service. Amongst the many perks, we offer a market-related cost to company salary plus a competitive commission structure.

You will have the ability to unlock a double salary when % of the target is achieved, plus additional above-target commission earning potential without any capping. Additionally, after working for over a year, all employees receive five extra holiday days as a bonus.

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding targets in a luxury / high-end brand (furniture industry advantageous)
2. Passion for success / self-motivated with good problem-solving skills
3. Desire to give the customer their best, with good listening skills to understand needs
4. Team player mentality who is passionate about learning, growing, and upskilling self
5. Matric essential, tertiary qualification advantageous
6. Driver's License & own transport required
7. Tech-savvy – MS Office & CRM and stock management systems
