Key Tasks

1. Customer and sales management.
2. Develop the business to reach set sales targets for the month.
3. Drive specific strategies to retain and grow existing customer base.
4. Prospect for new customers and maintain existing customer relationships.
5. Sell vehicle features and benefits.
6. Handle customer questions and overcome objections.
7. Professionally handle the vehicle handover to the customer.
8. Manage customer expectations to ensure effective delivery of service.
9. Marketing via social media and accepted digital platforms, and promotions.
10. Attend regular sales meetings.
11. Attend all relevant company and OEM training courses, and any other developmental training opportunities allocated.

Experience Required

1. A minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience in the motor dealership industry is preferred.
2. Solid NEW CAR vehicle sales background would be of advantage.
3. A proven track record of meeting monthly targets and experience in cold calling to develop a client base.

Qualifications Required

1. Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
