Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the company's retail footprint in Africa. This role requires a strategic salesperson with a demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and expand retail distribution. Leverage existing relationships with retail buyers to drive direct sales into major supermarkets and chains. Negotiate and secure high-value deals with national retailers within the first 6 months. Work closely with distributors and partners to optimize supply chain and sales operations. Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term partnerships with key retail players. Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts to leadership. Travel across Africa to establish and strengthen relationships with retailers and distributors.
