Job description

We are seeking a Sales Director to leverage an established foundation of high-performing supply chain, production, quality, and supporting functions to develop and lead a dynamic sales team. The Sales Director will build and mentor a team of sales and account managers to expand customer relationships with both large and smaller brands. They will also develop strategic partnerships with major international customers, influencing senior decision-makers to secure large-scale bulk volume product sales.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Tertiary Business related Qualification Essential. (Post Grad Preferred)
  • Charismatic leadership style with the ability to engage and influence.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • A strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
  • Collaborative leadership style suited to a positive, team-oriented working environment.
  • Solid understanding of macroeconomics, preferably with knowledge of agricultural economics and market development.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, determination, and a sense of urgency.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to build and maintain key customer relationships.

DUTIES

  • Develop and implement a sales-focused strategy to drive business growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with international customers in markets such as Japan, the UK, and the US.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
