The ideal candidate will be an Individual Contributor (IC) and have a passion for driving business growth with a proven track record in SaaS or tech sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing high-value deals.
Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies and optimise conversion.
Forecast sales performance, track pipeline progress, and ensure accurate reporting through CRM tools.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years in selling SaaS or technology
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and forecasting.
