The Role - Sales Development Representative:

We are seeking a tenacious Sales Representative specializing in telesales to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in generating new business opportunities by engaging potential clients within the Fintech and Cryptocurrency sectors across Europe and the UAE. You will be at the helm of cold calling initiatives, tasked with effectively communicating our value proposition and securing meetings with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Representative (Telesales):

  • Outreach Execution: Conduct high-volume cold calling to identify and engage potential clients, promoting our recruitment services tailored to the Fintech and Crypto industries.
  • Client Engagement: Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and our senior consulting team, ensuring a seamless transition and a professional first impression.
  • Market Penetration: Help expand our presence by identifying new market opportunities within the designated regions.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of calls, meetings, and follow-up activities within our CRM system to ensure consistent engagement and follow-through.
  • Feedback Loop: Relay market feedback to the management and marketing teams to refine strategies and service offerings.

Ideal Candidate:

  • You have a proven track record in telesales or a similar sales-driven role, ideally within the Fintech or Cryptocurrency sectors.
  • You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • You are self-motivated, results-oriented, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with CRM software is preferred, and multilingual capabilities are a plus, given the geographic diversity of our target markets.
