Morae Global Corporation is looking for a results-driven and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients in the U.S., driving lead generation and qualifying sales opportunities for our Account Executives. Your mission is to open doors, spark interest, and help build a pipeline of high-quality prospects.

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Target Market: United States

LOCATION: Observatory, Cape Town

LEVEL: Associate

JOB TYPE: Full Time (Hybrid)

WORKING HOURS: 1pm SA time to 10pm SA time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 80+ outbound calls per day to potential clients in the U.S. market.
  • Qualify new leads and schedule appointments and product demos for Account Executives.
  • Engage confidently and adapt quickly during conversations — answering unexpected questions with ease.
  • Use sales tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, and LinkedIn to network and connect with prospects.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs including appointments booked, qualified leads, and new contacts.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Drive attendance for webinars, live seminars, and scheduled sales meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategic outreach plans.

Requirements & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not essential.
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
  • Comfortable and confident making outbound cold calls.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive, professional, and energetic phone presence.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to company success.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative mindset.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools.
  • Passionate about the sales process and client engagement.
  • Prior experience in the Legal industry is a plus.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and articulate how Morae’s solutions deliver value.
