Location: This is a fully-remote role, and we're open to candidates based in either the US or the UK. However, to stay aligned with our team, the candidate must be available to work from 9 am - 6 pm EST/BST.
The Opportunity
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be at the forefront of our growth. You’ll be the first point of contact for brands aiming to make a real impact, setting the stage for meaningful partnerships. It’s not just about booking meetings—it’s about unlocking opportunities that drive long-term success.
What you’ll be Doing:
- Lead Generation with Purpose: You’ll proactively seek out and engage with potential brand partners, using cold calls, emails, social media, and networking. You’re ready to take bold steps to connect with brands that align with Kyra’s mission.
- Qualify Strategic Opportunities: You’ll focus on identifying brands that are a perfect match for Kyra’s AI-powered creator solutions. By asking insightful questions, you’ll set the stage for tailored solutions that drive results.
- Champion Kyra’s Vision: As the initial point of contact, you’ll embody Kyra’s mission, educating prospects on how we’re transforming influencer marketing.
- Cultivate Lasting Relationships: Your role is more than moving deals along. You’ll focus on building trust and creating value.
- Fuel the Growth Engine: After qualifying leads, you’ll ensure a seamless handoff to the sales team.
- Collaborate for Continuous Improvement: You’ll partner with both the sales and marketing teams to fine-tune our outreach strategies.

Skills & Experience Required:
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation.
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Keynote.
- Influencer Marketing Knowledge is a plus.
- Remote Work Experience is a bonus.
