Job Requirements
The main areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to the following:
- BI Tool and sales systems ownership and management, data integrity, sales templates, reporting, user licenses and training.
- Compiling, analysing, and reporting sales data.
- Monitoring and analysing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
- Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity.
- Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.
- Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.
- Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.
- Determining sales potential and making recommendations.
- Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources.
- Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success.
- Collaborate with team members and members of other departments.
- Prepare and compile monthly expenses/provisions from the sales teams.
- Process mapping for continued efficiencies and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in research and data analysis skills.
- Retail experience.
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing or equivalent.
