Key Output

Meet month- to month sales target in New, Used and Rental.
Sustain and grow machine sales and rental hours within allocated territories/customer base.
Effective territory Management.
Accurately and effectively deal with sales administrative tasks.
Effectively self-management and performance ownership.
Manage all aspects of Sales process.

Qualification, Experience And Competencies

Good customer relationship skills.
Business planning and development skills and knowledge.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Sound technical knowledge of CAT equipment and industry, CAT product line including accessories and work tools.
Knowledge of CRM tools.
Knowledge of MS office.
B. Tech Sales/Marketing Diploma or equivalent.
Communication and facilitation skills.
Financial acumen.
Experience in a Technical Sales Role in Mining Industry.
