Responsibilities

• 100% call adherence of between 100 – 110 off-trade outlets.
• Driving distribution and availability of brands within your customer database.
• Delivering service excellence, recording, and promptly acting upon customers’ complaints, queries, and requests.
• Actively building relationships with customers by identifying new growth opportunities in the liquor category and assisting new customers in opening accounts.
• Executing against a promotional plan, maintaining pricing, and seeking forward share opportunities.
• Identifying training needs of the customer and offering basic training to outlet staff.
• Delivering exceptional product intrinsic knowledge.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12.
• 2-3 years’ off-consumption sales and merchandising experience in a related FMCG liquor environment.
• Knowledge of the off-consumption liquor trade is essential.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Fluent in English – both spoken and written.
