South Africa's leading Waste Management consortium is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join their team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the company in all integrated waste management solutions and will be responsible for building client relationships and maintaining/growing the Company's services in their allocated geographical area, thereby increasing the company's footprint. The Sales Consultant must ensure that the most appropriate services are sold to meet the client's needs within legislative compliance.

In order to be considered for the role you must meet the following criteria:

1. Matric
2. 5 years experience in a similar role
3. Proficient in MS Office
4. Own Car with Valid Drivers Licence

Responsibilities (not limited to):

1. Ensure revenue growth and profitability for area of responsibility.
2. Meet and exceed revenue targets as set out in the annual budgets pricing of quotes, tenders, and proposals.
3. Source new business in line with specified sales targets.
4. Support specified sales targets by submitting sales reports in line with management requirements (i.e. sales forecasts, terminations, clean-ups, new business, pipeline, and existing business).
5. Ensure all proposals/contracts presented/sold comply with company and legislative requirements.
6. Ensure that the sale of services meets the EnviroServ terms and conditions and DSO target.
7. Gather market and competitor information to assist in establishing market trends and developments.
8. Be aware of potential competitor activity.
9. Be the first point of contact for all services offered by EnviroServ.
10. Visit client base in line with call cycle requirements as set out by management.
11. Do ongoing cold calling to actively grow market share as per targets.
12. Ensure that proposals, RFQs, tenders are presented to the client in a professional and accurate manner.

You will be joining a fast-paced, target-driven environment; this is an "on the road" position.
