Henry Wiltshire are looking to recruit a Sales Consultant for our East London offices. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team and assist in the continued growth of our East London sales department.

Overall Purpose: Assisting the Associate Director with valuations, conducting viewings, and securing and progressing sales business.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

1. Registering and managing applicants
2. Carry out viewings
3. Researching and preparing information for valuations
4. Take offers from buyers
5. Sales progression
6. Feedback to vendors
7. Support Head of Department
8. Managing advertisements through the property CRM
9. Administration

Person Specification:

1. Excellent communications skills

3. Knowledgeable about the area and industry

9. Reliable and trustworthy

Experience Required:

1. MUST have 3 years estate agency experience
2. MUST drive and have own car

Package: £25,000 per annum plus Commission & Car Allowance
