Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Specialist for Cardiology products. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with Cardiologists and a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including stents and guidewires.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager and be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to ensure effective sales strategies.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by managing all sales activities, setting price levels, and analyzing results to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement marketing and sales strategies to improve sales and profitability, collaborate with the product manager to search for new sales methods, and establish adequate sales channels.
• Represent the company at local conferences, congresses, and trade shows to build relationships with target customers.
• Develop and deliver training programs for internal and external customers, and handle complaints according to QA/RA procedures.
• Provide monthly reports to ensure smooth communication and information flow, and assume additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar function.
• Practical knowledge of sales techniques.
• A network of Vascular Surgeons and Interventional Radiologists/Interventional Cardiologists/Cardiovascular products.
• A strong understanding of the local market.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
