Join Our Team as Sales Consultant at Cielo!
Are you passionate about retail and looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic team? We're searching for a dedicated Sales Consultant to join our international Cielo team. If you're ready to inspire others, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure efficient store operations, we want to meet you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and attain customer experience and sales objectives for the store.
- Handle service inquiries from customers.
- Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services.
- Work with customers to find what they want, ensure a smooth sales process, and process transactions.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Drive sales in a store.
- Assist customers in a sales environment to drive product sales.
- Demonstrate advanced products and sales knowledge.
- Adhere to any and all company policies and procedures.
- Follow up with any clients to ensure satisfaction with the product.
- Assemble product displays in a given market.
- Understand how to make products appeal to consumers based on the environment and current trends.
- Look for new ways to make products attractive to customers.
- Assist all walk-in and telephonic customers.
- Ensure promotions and brand are verbalized to clients and relevant marketing material is visible.
- Advise customers on products and upsell where possible.
- Assist clients with finalizing a purchase and closing a deal.
- Receive payments and process orders.
- Liaise with HO and other departments up to the delivery point.
- Assist with general in-store inquiries from HO and clients.
- Follow up on existing Pro-forma invoices daily.
- Provide excellent service at all times to customers and colleagues.
- Assist a customer in-store or telephonically with any after-sales related query and process this query to relevant departments.
- Complete any in-store related administration, including cash-ups, email correspondence, sales sheets, attendance, etc.
- Complete any sales related administration, including pricing, demo moving, packaging, stock ordering, assembling, etc.
- Ensure the showroom demos and the floor are maintained on a continuous daily basis through the company standard Opening/Closing procedures (also known as ‘fluffing’) and ensure all relevant information for floor demos are adequate and relevant (price tags, info stands, marketing material, etc.).

SKILLS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
- PC Literacy – High level of competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook along with relevant experience in Internet Explorer/Chrome.
- Proven working experience as a sales consultant.
