Sales Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients in need of debt review services, assessing their financial situation, and offering appropriate debt restructuring solutions.

Your primary focus will be on generating new business through outbound sales efforts, building relationships with clients, and providing ongoing support throughout the debt review process.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 6-12 months Call Center sales experience with outbound cold calling (Preferred)
2. Debt review experience (Advantageous)
3. Motivated, enthusiastic and financial driven
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Computer literate (Advantageous)

1. Ensure a high quality, effective and professional experience is provided to every customer
2. Maintain high ethical standards in all daily activities
3. Understand all products and services available to the customer
4. Understand and know how to work with a variety of customer demographics and profiles
5. Foster open communication through active listening
