Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is revenue growth through account activations and cross-selling initiatives.

Job Description and Key Accountabilities

1. Revenue growth.
2. New account activations and payment products cross-selling.
3. Networking – remote customer relationship building and presentations where required.
4. Retention of accounts activated through effective customer service.
5. CRM daily management.
6. Client experience and retention.
7. Identify, call and follow up on leads monthly.
8. Ensure all follow ups, service cases and leads are up to date.
9. Adhere to business rules by navigating clients through the sales funnel.
10. Always ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
11. Attend internal training sessions to ensure knowledge is up to date.

3. Strong business acumen.

5. Honest, reliable, and hardworking.
6. Strong networking / negotiation skills with top tier individuals / management teams.
7. Effective time management.
8. Excellent relationship management and customer service.
9. Transactional banking experience (beneficial).
10. Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
11. Self-motivated.
12. Experience in accounting and payroll software beneficial.
13. Experience in e-commerce beneficial.

Qualifications, Experience, and Job Requirements

Related tertiary qualification or experience preferred. Minimum 3+ years of proven sales and transactional banking / payment industry experience. Applicant must have an UNCAPPED internet connection.
