Job Title: Sales Consultant
Location: South Africa-based, fully remote.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM UK time.
Salary: R23,000 per month, excluding commission (high earning potential)+-1500pounds extra

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and articulate Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant telephone voice and be well-spoken, as the role primarily involves engaging with clients over the phone. You will be responsible for converting warm leads into sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to our sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with warm leads to convert inquiries into sales.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.

• Manage a daily target of at least 10 bookings, ensuring consistent conversion rates.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

• Utilise CRM software to track leads, update client interactions, and manage the sales pipeline.

• Provide clients with comprehensive product knowledge, ensuring they understand the benefits and value of our services.

• Continuously seek ways to improve sales techniques and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a remote setting.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone voice.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
