Leading and executing sales account plans (technical and commercial) in defined territory.
What you´ll do:
Support SBU/ sub-segments by executing on-site customer-facing technical activities (and training) for existing and new business within defined territory, as well as supporting customer/ market application and engineering projects.
Execute local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing/ acquire new customers.
Execute customer roadmap and manage/ close respective CRM tools (ACE) growth opportunities; execute pricing actions.
Build and maintain relationships with customers.
Deliver KP OSG and PC % in territory at defined target accounts.
Provide product recommendations, customized product applications, new product applications, and troubleshooting for customers.
Perform technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation in CRM (ACE) tools.
Responsible for product applications, technical training, and coaching of field sales force and customers.
Leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer service and identify new business opportunities for sales colleagues.
