The opportunity:

Join our dynamic growing team in George! We are seeking to welcome more energetic, customer-centric and friendly Sales and Service Consultants!

Our positions are full-time and permanent.

The role:

The Sales and Service Consultant is responsible for advising customers on insurance products, facilitating sales, and providing after-sales service support. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, guiding clients through policy options, and ensuring their claims and service needs are met efficiently.

Working hours:

  • Mondays to Fridays: 00h00AM – 08h00AM OR 04h00AM – 11h00AM (weekly rotational shifts).
  • Kindly note that these hours may be affected by daylight savings and operational business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Completed Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
  • Proficient / advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or sales driven position.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational and administration skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on building strong client relationships.
  • Willing to work the hours aligned with Australia as listed in this advert.
