External Sales and Key Accounts Manager

Location: Marlboro

Target Market: FMCG and manufacturing.

Salary: R40 – 50 CTC depending on qualifications and experience, plus commission and travel/fuel allowance.

Duties:

1. 30% key accounts management.
2. Develop strong relationships with principals and customers, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
3. Effective communication and presentation skills.
4. Passion for continuous learning in both sales and technical areas.
5. Highly competitive, self-confident, and self-motivated, with a passion to win, learn, and teach.
6. Drive to meet and exceed annual sales and profit targets.
7. Ability to create a vision and convey the message in an influential manner.
8. Comfortable in challenging customers by offering unique perspectives.
9. Team player - collaborate with other departments.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Matric.
2. 5 years experience in a similar role.
3. 5 years experience in the packaging or related industry targeting the FMCG industry.
4. Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
