The Sales Agent (SA) is responsible for selling products and services in a designated area and is accountable for the profitable achievement of sales targets and revenue targets as agreed with client and company. The SA is responsible for their own sales conversion productivity, and directs their effort in order to have the greatest overall impact on results.
It is vital for the SA to possess good knowledge of standard sales methods & techniques relevant to client’s product. This person will report to the Sales Team Leader.
As the position is for sales driven individuals, the SA is responsible for achieving sales targets for themselves in order to increase their earning potential through commissions.
Additional activities will include involvement in pre-awareness campaigns to new customers; ensuring that customers are made aware of features, benefits, competitive advantages and applications of the relevant products.
Role Summary:
Responsibilities of this position are to achieve sales targets. The Field Sales Agent will achieve this through door-to-door, field activations, and seeking referrals. It will be vital for the Field Sales Agent to possess good knowledge of standard sales methods & techniques relevant to client’s product line.
